Endeavor Catalyst closes $320M fund as Europe becomes its top growth market

Allen Taylor, managing partner of Endeavor Catalyst Credit: Endeavor Endeavor Catalyst has closed its fifth fund at $320M, and Europe is now its fastest-growing market. It made 12 investments through Endeavor’s European offices in the first half of 2026. That compares with 14 in all of 2025 and seven in 2024, the firm said on Wednesday. Investors oversubscribed Fund V, which takes the firm’s assets under management past $850M.

Endeavor Catalyst is the venture fund of Endeavor, a global network of entrepreneurs. It invests only in companies led by founders selected into that network, alongside other venture and growth investors. “We are doubling down on Europe with Fund V to help ensure European founders have access to the capital they need to build the next generation of global companies,” said Pete Benedetto, head of Europe for Endeavor Catalyst. The European portfolio The firm has made more than 90 investments across 10 European markets: Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine. Twenty of those companies have reached valuations of $1bn or more.

They include Bending Spoons, voice AI firm ElevenLabs, Preply, ICEYE and Fever. European companies raised $3.3bn in rounds that Catalyst joined across 2025 and the first half of 2026. That is more than in any other region, the firm said. Latin America remains its largest region.

Fund V’s first European bets include EnduroSat, founded in Bulgaria, and HappyRobot’s AI agents, from Spanish founders. Its other early investments include Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io and Lunar Outpost. A co-investment model Catalyst invests 10% of each round. So its $320M should bring in at least $3.2bn from other investors, managing partner Allen Taylor wrote in a letter on the fund.

Across five funds, Catalyst has backed 437 companies in 44 markets, according to its global announcement. Of those, 83 have reached $1bn valuations. The fund counts 39 exits, including 11 IPOs. Founders of Nubank, Revolut, LinkedIn, Snowflake, Checkout.com, Globant and Careem are among the fund’s backers.

Endeavor’s own entrepreneurs make up 30% of the investors in the fund. The firm expects to invest another $25M to $30M by the end of 2026.
